If you require a Repair then please do contact us as XY Automation is able to repair a wide selection of parts. All repairs also come with a full 12 month warranty.
New
XY Automation Ltd has access to thousands of New parts in stock, which are either factory packaged and sealed, or New in open box.
There is a wide selection of current manufactured parts, along with obsolete parts, as we know the difficulty in finding these parts in a New condition.
XY Automation Ltd also works alongside many manufacturers worldwide and pass on the excellent discounts we receive to our customers.
Refurbished
XY Automation Ltd also has access to thousands of refurbished parts in stock ready to go. These are made up of either used parts, rebuilt parts, or new parts that come without their factory sealed box. All of our refurbished parts have been fully cleaned and tested and hold a full 12 month warranty.
Service Exchange
If you have an old part that can be repaired but you need a working part asap, we can offer a Service Exchange where possible.
You send your old part into us, and on receipt we will ship the replacement working part back to you. This service is only available on certain product lines.
Repair
XY Automation Ltd can also provide a repair service when possible. All repairs are worked on by fantastic engineers who have been in the industry for many years.
As with any parts sold, repairs also come with a full 12 month warranty, and we will always do our best to reduce the lead-time, which as standard is 10 working days.
