    • Salary: Above average pay
    • Location: Ruda Śląska Poland
    • Job Type: Permanent
    • Hours of work: 8:00am – 5:00pm (1pm Friday) – No Weekends

    Role

    • Handling orders in the in house CRM.
    • Contacting suppliers to place orders / updates, etc.
    • Contacting customers to update their order status.
    • Assistance in financial administration. Cataloging documentation, creating report and creating invoices.
    • Liaising with our UK head office on a daily basis.

    Skills required

    • Exceptional communication skills in all forms, written and verbal
    • IT literate and some experience of using a CRM
    • Be able to multitask in a high pressured environment
    • A positive attitude with a winning mentality
    • Strive to work together to achieve our vision
    • Treat people with respect and be able to adapt to change.
