At XY Automation Ltd, we specialise in providing quality obsolete, new and refurbished factory automation and industrial control parts. Our products include PLC systems, HMI monitors, Motors and Encoders, Drives, and CNC Machine Tools from leading manufacturers including Allen Bradley, Siemens, ABB, Telemecanique, Schneider Electric, Bosch Rexroth, Omron and many more.
Our aim is to help minimise industry downtime and get your machines back up and running quickly and at a reasonable price. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and support through a dedicated Account Manager
Role Description:
This is a full-time role for an English speaking Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships with our customers internationally, providing excellent customer service and support, answering product-related inquiries, and managing orders, returns, and exchanges.
You will work as part of a dynamic and agile international sales team based either in our offices in Bridgend, South Wales or remotely.
Competencies and Skills:
• Needs to be fluent in English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Organisational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or account management
• Knowledge of industrial parts and equipment is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Experience in B2B sales
